How I work
Every project is different, but I’m a fan of the Double Diamond process. (It’s not my idea: credit where it’s due.)
DISCOVER
First we have to understand the challenge we’re trying to solve. This involves research and analysis.
DEFINE
Next, we use what we’ve learned to define the challenge we need to solve – a brief that we both sign off on.
DEVELOP
I’ll respond to the brief, creating ideas or copy that meet the needs we’ve identified together.
DELIVER
I’ll share the work and you’ll feedback. Then we iterate until the challenge is solved.
